For the grown-up watching with the child

Watch together with your child. Iron is part of haemoglobin, which carries oxygen. The little boats are a metaphor. This episode does not recommend tests, doses or supplements. Discuss individual nutrition or health questions with your paediatrician.

After the story

Close the screen and draw two foods from the episode together, such as lentils and a pepper. Invite your child to explain the picture and add a question of their own. No food tasting is needed.
