Templates and recordsA downloaded monograph can support review and preparation records, but its presence online is not approval for immediate preparation. Before operational use, the responsible pharmacist must assess the applicable source, exact formulation, materials, calculations, equipment, packaging, storage, beyond-use rationale and local approval. Printed working records must identify the version used and the actual preparation data.
The collection remains “Greek Formulary Sikalias”. It is not represented as an adopted public PFS formulary. Any future use of the PFS title should identify the written confirmation and the specific public edition to which it applies.
The pharmacist community can support professional discussion. Community replies are not controlled monographs or individual approvals; avoid posting patient-identifying information.
