App support

For help, send the app version, device model and steps that reproduce the problem. Do not send passwords or children's names or photographs.

Language, narration and subtitles

In version 1.1.0 open Parents → Languages and choose Ελληνικά, English or Device language. Device language uses Greek when preferred and otherwise English. Audio is separate: Follow app, Greek or English. Subtitles offer 13 languages and Off. Version 1.0.0 has Greek narration.

Playback

The first episode is bundled, with no download or account required. English video narration is prerecorded. Short stories use device speech synthesis; offline availability depends on the installed voices.

Content updates

In version 1.1.0 open Parents → Check for new episodes. After a successful catalog refresh, the updated episode can stream from sikalias.org or be downloaded for offline viewing. A new file identifier distinguishes the correction from the older version. Previous downloads may remain in the Offline list until deleted. Updating the app is required to replace the bundled file itself. Version 1.0.0 uses its original bundled episode without catalog refresh.

Parent area

Initial setup and PIN recovery require device-owner authentication. Keep the device passcode under the parent's control. External links open from the parent area.

Television

Use AirPlay with a compatible television or Apple TV on the same network. Check the television's AirPlay settings. No separate Apple TV app is required. Chromecast is not supported in these versions.
