Local data

Open the parent area and use the option to clear local preferences. This removes the playlists, favourites, playback positions and local progress markers covered by that option. Drawings are not permanently saved.

The bundled episode remains in the installation. The parent PIN is retained; use device-owner authentication to reset it. Manage Apple backups separately in your Apple settings.

No Why Lab account

You do not need to request deletion of an app account because no Why Lab account is created.

For information you sent to support or connection data from visiting the website, contact stasinos@sikalias.net. Describe the request and service involved. Do not send children's names, your parent PIN or device passcode. We will explain the handling of your request and any information that must be retained.
